Crockpot pork chops with ranch dressing6/22/2023 ![]() ![]() ![]() This was inspired by my other slow cooker creamy pork chop recipe on this site, and pairs well with this amazing baby potatoes recipe or this mashed potato casserole. One of my favorite ways is making them in the slow cooker with a zesty ranch gravy. I bake them, barbecue them, pan-fry them - you name it, I've tried it. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the pork chop to ensure the internal temperature is 145☏ before serving.I love pork chops in almost any form.It is not recommended to heat leftovers straight from the freezer but instead thaw overnight in the fridge to reheat the next day. Oven: Preheat oven to 300☏ then place thawed pork chops into a baking dish and cook until hot. Stovetop: Place thawed pork chops into a skillet over low heat and cover with a lid. You can cover the top of the dish with a damp paper towel to keep the pork moist. Microwave: Place leftover crockpot ranch pork chops in a microwave safe dish then heat in 30-second increments until hot. This is a great way to meal prep and be prepared for those busy weeks. Keep in mind that this recipe can also be doubled by stacking pork chops on top of each other in the slow cooker then freezing the leftovers. In the freezer: Freeze for up to 3 months in a covered container. Let cool completely before adding to an airtight container. In the fridge: Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
